Over the course of the past year, we featured hundreds of sites, and we think the most exceptional of these deserve another look. From a fascinating facial hair competition to an in-depth look at Hollywood's most-enhanced stars to several sites highlighting regrettable fashion choices, this year's picks remind us the Web knows no bounds.
