Amerikaanse fysicus Steven Jones, die jarenlang onderzoek deed naar koude kernfusie, toont in deze presentatie nieuw bewijs dat de WTC torens opgeblazen werden met explosieven en thermaat.

In het WTC stof komen kleine ijzerrijke bolletjes voor die qua vorm en samenstelling precies overeenkomen met bolletjes die gevormd worden wanneer militair thermaat wordt ontstoken. Thermaat snijdt "als een heet mes door de boter". De aanwezigheid van deze bolletjes wordt bevestigd door de officiële rapporten.

As long as the art cars have the right to be driven, to be mobile and given life, they will in turn give life to the event regardless of its size and location.

It may not be apparent to the average viewer, but the art cars help to flip the definition of our sense of community and our values by placing artistic expression more at the top of the totem pole and manufactured unoriginal consumer images (cars) at the bottom where they belong. If only real life was like Burning Man in which only art cars were given permits to drive!

In 1995 I attended my first Burning Man, where one of the most surreal spectacles I witnessed was a large silver shark racing across the playa with teeth bared and tail flapping. This was Ripper the Shark, an art car made by Texas artist Tom Kennedy. Ripper and Tom resided at Art Car Camp, where I found myself spending afternoons chatting with the art car artists and helping to paint a car. The fledgling art car camp began a tradition on the playa, and in 2001, the camp, managed by art car czar Harrod Blank, swelled to 25 cars from Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas. Harrod is the creator of the Camera Van.

I like the catches of sight into macro. I like textures, surfaces, the risks of nature. I like the forms vegetable, inert, alive. I like what the objective reveals me. I seek the fault in the catch of sight which will create the interest and the magic. I seek the reflection, the irisation, the crack, the roughness or softness. I like to associate the photographs. To associate faces, bodies and landscapes. To associate improbable images bent and revealed by a title. These associated images must then tell a history, a fragment of life. Sometimes the smell or comprehension is not immediate and you can ask for the reason of such a joining. It is voluntary! I like when the direction remains a few inaccessible moments, as a scene surprised in the street which one will understand all the tension only with the development of the photograph.

My catches of sight are drawings of pencil. Photoshop becomes my brush. To reveal, clear up, saturate, correct, contrast, modify some colors or to add some pigments of blur. This numerical work finishes my table, the photograph which I will publish.

If you are touched, you, virtual walker, then I would be charmed by it. Then do not hesitate to say to me what you felt, to write in a few words the history which has been just written in your spirit. It is a true happiness to read you, a true happiness to see that our universal language are these photographs which we hang to our screens.

Op 30 augustus 1958 ben ik geboren in IJsselstein. Na de middelbare school volgde ik cursussen aan de kunstacademie in Utrecht (Artibus). Ik was graag overgestapt naar de dagopleiding van deze academie, maar ik deed een secretaresseopleiding, omdat daar meer ‘direct nut' van te verwachten was. Dit bleek echter beslist geen goede keuze, dus volgde ik ook nog een opleiding tot bezigheidstherapeut. Als zodanig heb ik gewerkt tot ik kinderen kreeg; Anne (1982), Lize (1984) en Marte (1987). Naast het moederschap schilderde ik veel. In 1992 ben ik de Hoge School voor de Kunsten gaan doen in Arnhem.

Dit is een nicht van me waar ik stiekem toch een beetje trots op ben. Op haar zus ben ik al een leven lang een klein beetje verliefd.

Matt is a 31-year-old deadbeat from Connecticut who used to think that all he ever wanted to do in life was make and play videogames. Matt achieved this goal pretty early and enjoyed it for a while, but eventually realized there might be other stuff he was missing out on. In February of 2003, he quit his job in Brisbane, Australia and used the money he'd saved to wander around Asia until it ran out. He made this site so he could keep his family and friends updated about where he is.



A few months into his trip, a travel buddy gave Matt an idea. They were standing around taking pictures in Hanoi, and his friend said "Hey, why don't you stand over there and do that dance. I'll record it." He was referring to a particular dance Matt does. It's actually the only dance Matt does. He does it badly. Anyway, this turned out to be a very good idea.

A wounded Georgian woman lies in front of an apartment building, damaged by a Russian airstrike, in the northern Georgian town of Gori, on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008. According to photographer the wounded woman was later helped by her neighbors and evacuated her to a safe area. Russia sent hundreds of tanks and troops into the separatist province of South Ossetia and bombed Georgian towns Saturday in a major escalation of the conflict that has left scores of civilians dead and wounded.

Op 8 augustus 2008 startte Georgië een aanval tegen de afvallige regio Zuid-Ossetië nadat het eerder overeengekomen staakt-het-vuren was geschonden. Georgische troepen trokken de hoofdstad Tsinvali binnen. Rusland reageerde echter met het sturen van meer dan 100 tanks en vliegtuigen, die het gebied reeds op 8 augustus weer in handen hadden. Ook werden verschillende Georgische steden en militaire en civiele infrastructuur in het land bestookt door Russische gevechtsvliegtuigen.

Deze centrale is bekend geworden omdat er een ongeval plaats vond op 28 maart 1979. Het begon met een betrekkelijk geringe storing in het secundaire koelcircuit van de centrale. Die storing zorgde er voor dat de temperatuur in het primaire koelwater ging stijgen. Zoals het hoort, schakelde de reactor hierna automatisch af, dit gebeurde in ongeveer een seconde. Als een reactor afgeschakeld is, vindt er geen kettingreactie van kernsplijtingen meer plaats. De warmteproductie stopt grotendeels, maar ook een uitgeschakelde reactor produceert door vervalprocessen van het radioactieve materiaal nog veel restwarmte die moet worden afgevoerd. Dit gebeurt via het koelsysteem.

De druk in het primaire koelsysteem begon op te lopen, waarop een veiligheidsventiel open ging om de druk te verlagen. Dit ventiel ging echter niet meer dicht toen de druk voldoende was gezakt, en deze fout kon door het ontwerp van de centrale door de operators ook niet vanaf het controlepaneel worden waargenomen. Hierdoor ging een zo groot deel van de primaire koelvloeistof verloren dat er stoombellen in de leidingen in de reactor ontstonden waardoor de koeling van de reactor niet meer voldoende was en de temperatuur bleef oplopen. Hierdoor werd de reactorkern ernstig beschadigd. Bij het ongeval zijn radioactieve gassen geloosd in de atmosfeer. De operators in de controlekamer waren niet in staat de situatie waar te nemen en adequaat te reageren op de onvoorziene afschakeling van de reactor. Onvoldoende instrumentatie en te weinig training op het hanteren van noodsituaties bleken mede-oorzaken van het ongeval te zijn.

Omdat er lozing van radioactieve stoffen had plaatsgevonden, werd besloten gedurende vele jaren de gezondheid van de bevolking te volgen (in de Amerikaanse staat Pennsylvania). Dit bevolkingsonderzoek is 18 jaar lang voortgezet, maar heeft geen nadelige gevolgen voor de bevolking vastgesteld. De ontvangen stralingsdosis na het ongeval was binnen 15 kilometer van de centrale gemiddeld 0,08 milliSievert (0,08 mSv), met een enkele uitschieter voor een individu van 1 mSv. 1 milliSievert is ongeveer een derde van wat mensen in dat gebied van nature al ontvangen aan straling uit natuurlijke bron.

Er waren weliswaar geen gevolgen voor de gezondheid, maar de economische schade was wel aanzienlijk. Pas na 6 jaar kon men het reactorvat openen en toen bleek dat de schade veel groter was dan eerst verondersteld. Een groot deel van de reactorbrandstof lag gesmolten op de bodem van het vat. Een kernsmelting had echter niet plaatsgevonden. Pas in 1993 was de schoonmaak van het reactorvat afgerond. De centrale was economisch gezien verloren. De eenheid wacht nu op afbraak. Dit zal gebeuren wanneer de tweede eenheid van de centrale buiten gebruik wordt genomen.

Het ongeluk in Harrisburg heeft samen met de ramp in Tsjernobyl geleid tot een wereldwijde bewustwording van de risico's van kernenergie. Toch heeft dat niet geleid tot grootschalige afbouw van kerncentrales. Wel is er een tijdlang een aanzienlijke terughoudendheid ontstaan bij het bouwen van nieuwe centrales. Pas sinds ongeveer 2000 is de belangstelling voor de inzet van kernenergie in de mix van energiebronnen weer aan het toenemen. Vandaar dat er naast de snel voortgaande nieuwbouw in Azië (economische hot-spots), ook weer nieuwbouw gepleegd wordt in Oost-Europa en Finland. Ook zijn er in de Verenigde Staten weer initiatieven voor de bouw van nucleaire centrales.

For creative artists, all it needs is an inspiration to come up with wonderful things. Today we have Okat's barefoot sneakers, though in past he never created customized shoes. This happens to be the first one which he came up after having a few beers using some left over acrylic and the inspiration came from his own barefeet and toes. Quite a creation, interesting!

Wandering the deserted backroads of the American Southwest, Troy Paiva has explored the abandoned underbelly of America since the 1970s. Since 1989 he’s been taking pictures of it . . . at night, by the light of the full moon. A multi-discipline artist, Troy needed to find a new medium to create personal art while he worked in a heavily art directed graphic design job.

Sitting in on a few night photography classes, he had a revelation when the subject of light-painting came up. Here were techniques that would be perfect for capturing the atmosphere and mystery of the modern ghost towns and epic junkyards he was already exploring. After years of development, Troy's early vision has been fully realized through his unique style and technique. The colored lighting is done with a flashlight or strobe flash masked with theatrical lighting gels. It's effect reanimates these dead places, turning them into mutant tableaus of some vaguely familiar parallel universe.

The minutes-long exposures allow the stars to spiral around Polaris and the moving clouds to smear ethereally across the sky. Many of these subjects are already gone; bulldozed, burned down, subdivided, melted for scrap or simply vanished beneath the shifting desert sand.While there are minor digital adjustments to some of the photographs, the lighting effects are all done “in-camera” during the exposure. These images are not Photoshop creations.Since 1998 This Lost America site has been online in one form or another, and Troy's low cost / high impact lighting techniques have been adopted by amateur and professional photographers all over the world.

Brooks & Dunn is een countrymuziek singer-songwriter duo. Kix Brooks en Ronnie Dunn debuteerde als Brooks & Dunn in 1991. Tussen 1992 en 2006 hebben ze elk jaar, behalve in 2000, de Vocal Duo Award van de Country Music Association gewonnen. In 1994 wonnen ze ook de CMA Album of the Year award. Although I did know a bit about IR-Photography but I never had so much enthusiasm to try this unique category of photography, but he convinced me again and again until I finally realized how incredible it is actually.

No doubt that I’m the slowest motorcycle traveler in the world. It’s not the bike that slows me down. The idea was to roar the Guzzi in one year from top (Prudhoe Bay, Alaska) to bottom (Ushuaia, Argentina) just to show that a seventies Guzzi can do the same as modern endurance bikes. And guess what, the Guzzi performs even better than expected. Other reason to saddle the bike was that I was a slight overworked freelance journalist back home in the Netherlands. I was 41 when I left and eventually bored to the bone in Amsterdam where I lived 20 years, downtown. I expected more out off life than buying a new Ducati ever year, spending my money in bars in Amsterdam, fancy clothes, writing my ass of and eventually running around in circles. So I said the mazzel to work, friends, family, the (night) life in Amsterdam, the Dutch society packed the bike and drove off.

Best decision I’ve ever made.

Daarbij is een hoofdrol weggelegd voor mondharmonica-speler Bas Kleine en de strak voortdenderende ritmesectie van drummer Rolf Caron en bassist Ruben Byther. Deze muziek is zo intens dat stilzitten absoluut geen optie is. En zoals Fret Magazine het verwoord: “JP Rena klopte met Introducing heftig op de deur, met Can’t Be Satisfied is hij helemaal binnen. Let’s have a party !!!!”

Aanvullend bewijs dat explosieven zijn gebruikt. Dergelijke gebouwen zijn ook niet zonder explosieven klein te krijgen. Met name WTC-7 is belangrijk in dit geval. Vooral de hoeveelheid gesmolten staal welke wekenlang na de instortingen onder het puin van de Twin Towers en WTC-7!! vloeide is van belang. Staal smelt niet bij een gewone brand en instorting, dat doet ook een kolen- of gaskachel niet als die in de winter wekenlang brandt.

Ook kerosine haalt onder de meest gunstige omstandigheden bij lange na niet de temperatuur om staal te smelten, laat staan het geharde staal van dergelijke wolkenkrabbers! Wellicht was dat vloeibare staal afkomstig van het mogelijk gebruikte explosief thermite, een goedje dat wordt gebruikt bij gecontroleerde demolitions om stalen kolommen als boter te laten smelten. Volgens de studenten van de TU Delft was het een reactie van het aluminium van het vliegtuig met het staal van de torens dat als thermite ging werken. Thermite bestaat inderdaad voor een deel uit aluminium en staal, maar de samenstelling luistert heel nauw en kan niet zomaar ontstaan.

Als je een boomstam in een versnipperaar stopt komen er aan de andere kant ook geen geslepen potloden uit, compleet met gummetje en opdruk! Waar de jongens uit Delft geen onderzoek naar hebben gedaan (het geld was schijnbaar op) was het feit dat in WTC-7 nooit een vliegtuig naar binnen is gevlogen en toch lag ook daar wekenlang gesmolten staal onder het puin!
