Anne-Marie Kornachuk completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec in 1993. Since graduation she has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Canada and the US. She has an upcoming solo exhibition titled "Airs Above The Ground", scheduled in September 2006, at Trias Gallery in Toronto, Ontario. She is represented by Trias Gallery, Toronto, Ontario and Galerie St. Laurent + Hill, Ottawa, Ontario. Her work is found in many collections around the world.

Anne-Marie was elected as a member of the Ontario Society of Artists in 2000. She served as councilor, Vice President, and President of the society. Anne-Marie lives and works in Lakefield, Ontario. She enjoys a busy full-time career as a painter, as well as teaching adults and youth at the Art School of Peterborough and the Art Gallery of Peterborough. When not painting her interests include horseback riding. She is dedicated to her horse and learning the art of classical dressage.
